​​​​​​​​​​​​* Registration form and table layout will be available in the March Patchwords and on the guild website.

 

* Registration will open at the guild Service Day on March 19th and continue until March 31st or until full (120), whichever happens first.

*Those who bring the registration to service day will be given priority on table assignments. (Please fill out your forms before then so as not to take time away from the service activity.)

Celebrating Quilters

This year at Fall Retreat I want to celebrate YOU! I want to celebrate your accomplishments, individually and collectively, as quilters. You give so much to the community, and each other, as a group and individually. So this year our theme is CELEBRATING QUILTERS.

 

To help us accomplish this, we need to hear YOUR story. Do you belong to a group that donates quilts? Do you donate quilts individually? Tell us about who you donated to, the circumstances leading up to this donation? How did it make you feel? We would love to know what you have done with your quilts. We want to hear it all.

Fall Retreat Reminders

 

 *  Make sure your membership is current! 

 *  Sorry, no babies or small children.

 *  Bring your own projects and sewing supplies. No large irons allowed at your personal place. You may want a seat cushion and a lamp. Ironing and cutting stations will be setup for you to use.

 *  Dress in layers. The temperature in the Bernese Center is uneven, sometimes hot and some times cold. Control the temperature with your clothing. A jacket is recommended.

 *  Please don’t wear perfume and be mindful of scented spray starch. NO PISTACHIOS or ROSEMARY

 *  A credit card on file is required at check in. Don’t use a debit card as it ties up your funds.

 *  Bring Secret Sister gifts if you are participating. (3 gifts) 

    Bernese Center Retreat Schedule: 6AM - 12PM (you may stay later than midnight) Room check in is after 3PM.

    The cost is approx 160 (per room) to stay in the hotel Tuesday night or other additional nights (plus taxes and fees). Trish will arrange your Tuesday night stay with the hotel and the hotel will charge you when you checkout. If you arrange to arrive on Tuesday, you must let Trish know and she will arrange with hotel.

    The retreat officially starts Wed 10 am and ends Sat at 2 pm, although you may arrive before 10 am on Wed.
